A product is technically approved if it meets the following conditions:
If a product does not fully meet the above conditions, it will be considered technically rejected, resulting in a lower value.
Note: products classified as total loss have no value (see next section).
Products with severe damage are considered total loss and have no value. This includes, but is not limited to:
Devices can be sent free of charge within the Netherlands and Belgium to the address listed under “Shipping Options.” Packaging instructions are also provided there.
You must always package the product securely to prevent damage during transport.
Shipments are insured up to €500. If your device has a higher value, we recommend shipping it at your own expense with additional insurance.
We advise noting the IMEI and/or serial number and keeping the original purchase invoice. If a shipment is lost, this may be required for investigation.
The price depends on the cosmetic condition of the product:
As new
In perfect condition without any signs of use.
Good condition
Minor superficial scratches not noticeable with a fingernail.
Used condition
Multiple light and/or deeper scratches, but no dents or major damage.
Heavily used
Deep scratches, dents, or visible damage.

After processing, you will receive a report by email.
If discrepancies are found, a new offer will be made with two options. You have 7 days to respond.
If no response is received within 7 days, the proposed value will be paid out.
If you prefer to have products returned, choose option 2.
Mobile phones and batteries contain harmful materials such as lead, cadmium, and lithium.
By reusing devices, we help protect the environment and conserve natural resources.
Devices are reused where possible or recycled according to the European WEEE Directive.
Values are based on sales by consumers of one or a few devices.
For larger quantities, please request a quote.
The value at the time of registration is guaranteed for two weeks.
After this period or for unregistered devices, current market values apply.
All payments are net amounts including VAT (if applicable).
GSMLOKET.COM covers collection, shipping, and processing costs.
Price changes and typographical errors reserved.
If the submitted device differs from the registered one, payment will reflect the received device.
If test results differ, compensation will be adjusted accordingly.
Devices may be retested using different batteries or chargers.
The final decision of GSMLOKET.COM is binding.
By registering and sending devices, you agree to these terms.
Cancellation is only possible if:
Return costs: €8.50 (paid in advance).
All included packaging, accessories, SIM cards, and memory cards are removed and destroyed to prevent misuse.
You are responsible for removing all personal data, passwords, and security settings.
GSMLOKET.COM is not responsible for any contracts or obligations related to the original purchase.
Devices are checked for fraud or theft via IMEI.
If detected, data will be shared with authorities.
We may request proof of purchase.
Payment is made within 24 hours after receipt and registration.
Correct bank details are required.
Your data is only used for transaction processing or communication.
Complaints are handled by Ecowave B.V.
